Domiciliary care and Support

these are care and support packages that are personalised to an individual to help promote their wellbeing and lifestyle. This can range from visits to 24-hour live-in care. At Zara Healthcare Ltd we respect services users’ individual needs and we aim to provide services in accordance to an individual’s needs and preferences.

Our domiciliary care services can range from assisting service users with household chores, providing personal care or a companionship visit. We aim to empower our service uses to continue living as independently as possible within their communities.

Our care services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Live in Care

At Zara Healthcare Ltd we offer live-in care services that care provide high-quality 24- hour care in the service user’s home. We provide personalised live in care which promote services users to remain in control of their lives as much as possible. Our live-in carers are fully trained in working with individuals with care and support needs and deliver services in a compassionate and respectful manner. Our live in care services include providing personal care, housework, and support individuals to engage in social activities within their communities.

Respite care

We offer short- term packages of care and support to individuals within their own homes. At Zara Healthcare Ltd we offer a trusted carer to support to provide services that are personalised to the service user. These short-term services can be a one off or regular schedules respite care packages.

Night care

We can provide carers to service users who require care and support in the nights only. We offer either a waking night or a sleep night. The waking night can be provided where service users require care and support through the night for a minimum of 8 hours. This could be due to service users requiring medication, night changes, or ensuring safety. Our sleep night services can be provided for a minimum of 8 hours for services user who do not require regular care and support through the night but require services to help keep them safe.

Urgent care

We can provide support and care in unplanned situations. We can arrange emergency, visits, live-in care in as little as three to five days. In an emergency, we can rapidly arrange live-in care so that service users can be quickly discharged from hospital after an unforeseen illness, condition flare-up or a minor accident.

A CQC Regulated Service

Service Users have the right to contact the Care Quality Commission on the following address at any time even without contacting Zara Healthcare first.
