At Zara Healthcare Ltd we uphold the core values of an anti-discriminatory and anti oppressive approach in providing support and guidance to our service users. We also promote diversity and ensure sure that everyone’s values are upheld and respected within our service delivery. We have mutual expectations for our service users, families/carer and our staff to respect people’s values in regard to religion, culture, race, sexuality, sexual orientation, disabilities and impairments. We aim to provide a package of care, working collaboratively with other Health and Social Care agencies, to meet the needs and preferences of our service users.

Fitness of purpose.

We are committed to achieving our stated aims and objectives through reviewing our service. We welcome the feedback from our service users and families and their representatives.

Meeting Assessed Needs.

The care we provide is based on the thorough assessment of needs and the systematic and on-going planning of care for each service user, made in conjunction with service users and their families/carers, care managers and other health care professionals.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding individuals’ welfare and wellbeing is paramount to us, we are committed to safeguard and promote the welfare out service users in our care at all times. Our policies and procedures are formulated based on the UK Laws, regulations and also our wealth of experience in working with vulnerable people in society.

Part of our safeguarding procedures is ensuring that we recruit, train and retain staff who also have a passion and are committed to protect the people in our care. We also ensure that we comply with all relevant legislation, guidance and code of practice published by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and the Independent Safeguarding Authority.
